Teri Busse is a multi-genre author, former paramedic, and psychology doctoral student whose work centers on resilience, grief, recovery, and the realities people often struggle to speak about out loud. After more than two decades working in emergency medical services, crisis response, and mental health settings, she began writing books that blend lived experience with honesty, compassion, and practical insight. She is the founder of Rooted in Resilience™, a platform focused on surviving life’s hardest moments without losing yourself in the process.
