Christina Lovemore
FacebookChristina Lovemore is the proud mother of three to Kerry, Nikki, and Peter John - affectionately known as PJ. Along with her husband John, Christina, and her family live near Sydney, Australia. Despite being born near Portsmouth in the South of England, the idea of home was not something Christina ever truly knew. Both of her parents decided that they wanted to travel which made adjusting to life in new places quite challenging. The lifestyle made times tough and, after a while, Christina's parents decided to separate. Because of this, Christina was exposed to the practice of parenting at an early age, needing to look after her younger brothers. It was only through journaling and writing short stories that Christina found solace. Later on, Christina's passion for child-care was ignited and she decided to pursue teaching through which she qualified in both primary and pre-primary education. After the field of developmental psychology piqued her interest, Christina furthered her education having studied family counselling. From there, Christina found success in school counselling and hosting parenting workshops. Christina met John early on in her teaching career and, after the birth of their first child Kerry, the Lovemore's moved to Australia to connect with John's family. Once Nikki was born, Christina became involved in school life again. It was in motherhood that Christina found that parenting and teaching worked hand-in-hand. Once PJ was born, Christina devoted herself to her kids - becoming a stay-at-home mum. After contemplating her new experience of parenthood, Christina sought to share her knowledge and experience resulting in the decision to write a book. By combining her love for writing with her desire to impart practical parenting knowledge the first pages of Learn More Lovemore books was written - with more writing opportunities on the horizon.
