Born in Michigan, raised in Wisconsin, Caleb Rocke has been writing fiction since he was a child. A lover of history, his favorite time periods are those surrounding human conflict. His debut novel was historical-fiction, set during the American Civil War (A Twilight in the Morning - OakTara, 2011). All writing though, is not on paper. Caleb has written TV & Radio commercials, award-winning dramatic short films, mini-documentaries, and a well-reviewed live mystery narrative. His work during the 2008 U.S. elections was seen on numerous regional networks and he served as lead writer for the now-defunct series Myth vs. Fact on YouTube. Channeling his past political involvement and the ever-ongoing keen interest in cultural trends, Caleb began writing his latest work - a sci-fi thriller - As Seen in a Mirror: Beginning of the End (Black Rose Writing, 2020). Currently, Caleb resides in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro with his wife and two children.
